Torrie is a native of Tucson, Az. She was a former #1 player in the USTA Southwest Section and ranked in the top 100 Nationally USTA 18 & under.
Torrie was a 4A Arizona State Finalist in 2003 and a two-time 4A Arizona State High School Champion at Ironwood Ridge High School (2004 and 2005).
She was named Female High School Tennis Player of the Year by the Arizona Daily Star in 2004 and 2005.
Torrie played Division I tennis at Wichita State University from 2005-2009, where she was a 4-time Missouri Valley All Conference Selection, team captain her junior and senior year, earned a top 20 ITA Central Region ranking and received the ITA Central Region Athur Ashe Jr. Sportsmanship and Leadership Award.
She helped her team win 3 Missouri Valley Conference Championships which led to 3 NCAA Team Championship appearances. Torrie also helped her team achieve its highest national ranking of 16 during the 2006-2007 season. At the end of her college career in 2009, she was 5th all time in singles wins with 100.
Torrie began her college coaching career at Norfolk State University in 2009 as the Assistant Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach. During her tenure from 2009-2014, she assisted the Head Coach in coaching the MEAC Conference Men’s Player of the Year, had several MEAC All-Conference selections for both programs and helped the men’s program make the MEAC Conference Tournament Final in 2014.
In 2014, Torrie continued her college coaching career at The George Washington University. During her tenure from 2014-2022 at GW, she was an Associate Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Tennis, Interim Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Tennis and Head Women’s Tennis Coach. Her accolades are as follows:
Torrie transitioned out of college coaching in May of 2022. She was worked as a Tennis Pro at the prestigious Piping Rock Club in Locust Valley, NY for the summer off 2022 before moving back to Tucson in September of 2022.
In her free time, Torrie loves spending time with her dog, family and friends. She is an avid reader and always has the need to learn something new.

Brian spent eight years at the collegiate level with both men and women at schools like Stanford University where he helped coach the team to the 2004 National Championship. Ramirez also coached Pima Community College for four years. During his career he has also had the pleasure of working with some of the worlds’ best junior players and pro players while at the Palmer Tennis Academy in the late 90s. Palmer Academy was known internationally as one of the worlds’ premiere academies during that time.
Over the years Ramirez has coached and mentored players that have attended schools like Stanford, Cal, UCLA, Duke, Harvard, Princeton, University of Florida, University of Georgia and University of North Carolina among others and has personally coached or done extensive work with players.

Eleanor is a passionate tennis coach with a strong background in competitive play and coaching.
She played Division III collegiate tennis at Hendrix College from 2020 to 2024, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the game.
During her time in college, Eleanor also served as a coach at the Little Rock Racquet Club, where she worked with players of various skill levels.
In 2024, she relocated to Tucson, where she has continued her coaching career at the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club since August 2024.
