We are excited to announce that the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club has upgraded its current member software in order to better serve its members. An online portal, mobile app, text messaging and notifications are now available with the Club Automation software. Through the online portal you can view and edit your profile, update your payment information, reserve swim lanes, racquetball/handball courts, register for exercise classes, tennis clinics, buy guest passes and memberships for your family and friends, view your statements, and pay your bill online.

Upon logging in, you will be prompted to enter and verify your basic information (fields with an asterisk are required). On that initial page, the log-in name, and the password you choose will be your log-in information moving forward. Please save your information to log-in to the website in the future.
Members are required to update payment information. You may choose checking account or credit/debit card on file. The payment information that you enter will become your “house charge” at the club. Your payment information with Club Automation is 100% PCI DSS compliant and uses security encryptions.
The TRFC is contracted with Club Automation in terms of processing and collecting all agreements. A Late Fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks, insufficient funds, closed accounts, frozen or declined credit cards or similar circumstances, which result in late or delayed payment to the TRFC. Members are responsible for providing accurate and updated payment information to insure timely receipt of payment. A 30-day written notice is required for all membership cancellations. You may request to place your membership on hold 15 days prior to your bill date. The hold fee is $15.00 per month. Membership dues are due on the 1st of every month.
