We are not just a Summer Camp!

We offer Spring Break Camp, Fall Break Camp, and Holiday Camp. Our school break camps are just like Summer Camp …but cooler. All Camps include instruction, drill, play and fun in a variety of lifetime sports. We have something for everybody. Our sports regimen includes tennis, soccer, swimming, volleyball, racquetball, and basketball. Camp is geared to aspiring young athletes ranging from 5 up to 17 years old. Lunch is freshly prepared daily.

SEASONAL ALL SPORTS & TENNIS CAMPS

The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club offers an “All Sports Camp” for those with an interest in a variety of sports; Tennis, Racquetball, Volleyball, Swimming, and Basketball. All Sports Camp offers basic instruction, drills, and fun competition on a daily basis.

The “Junior Tennis Camp” is a day program covering the entire spectrum of tennis development, from detailed instruction to supervised play. Sound strokes, proper movement, and play strategies are covered in a logical progression of instruction and drill.

“All Sports Seasonal Camps” are designed for those ages 5-15 interested in developing skills and an appreciation for a variety of “lifetime” sports.

“Junior Tennis Camp” is designed for players ages 7-17. Our program is geared to all levels of play, from the novice looking for basic instruction to the experienced tournament player wanting to sharpen their skills.

WHAT TO EXPECT YOUR FIRST DAY:

  • Please have campers prepared to be outside. Layers, water bottle, hat & sunscreen!
  • Yes, we have a swim rotation! Please bring a swimsuit and towel.
  • All campers should have a backpack with their name on it and will travel with them all day.
  • We have all sports equipment that campers can borrow for each sport rotation.
  • Lunch is included, but feel free to pack snacks as well. (Coaches will take campers lunch orders each morning)

ALL SPORTS CAMP HOURS: 9AM-2PM

    • Drop Off at 9AM outdoors in the North Parking Lot Gate, do not enter the main entrance. Gate opens at 8:50AM and closes at 9:15AM, use TRC’s main entrance if you are running late.
    • Campers will get their group assignment from Coach Sam at the Gate.
    • Pick Up at 2PM at the same North Parking Lot Gate

Camp frequently asked questions

If a session or week is filled it will be posted on the website. You may register online as “wait list” participant and will be notified if a spot opens up. If you can register online, then there is space available.

Dress for sports!

  • Tennis shoes or equivalent sport shoes! (no sandals, boots, skater shoes, or any shoes that will leave marks)
  • Sunscreen
  • Hat
  • Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Water bottle
  • Backpack
  • Soccer Campers will need an age appropriate ball (cleats and shin guards optional)
  • LABEL EVERYTHING with your name and phone number!

If it has value …don’t bring it. Money …bring only what you need for the day.

Electronics …if you bring it, you could lose it. We are not responsible for lost items.

We have a Lost & Found outside the Camp Office for those items that do get lost.

There is a flat $10.00 processing fee for any “cancelation” per camper. Your credit card will be refunded the full amount minus $10.00.

ACTIVE is the company we use for registration. They offer a refund for purchase that is separate from our Camp programs. You do not need to pay for the extra refund. Our cancelation policy is a full refund minus a $10-$15 cancelation fee per camper, dependent upon the cancelation date.

If you register for Week 1 -3, Week 4-6, or Week 7-9 you will receive a “Session Discount”; 5% off those 3 weeks.

If you have more than one camper, you will receive the “Sibling Discount”; 10% off each additional camper.

All discounts will be applied after you add all camps to your cart and go through the registration forms. They will appear at “Check Out” right before you chose your payment options.

Yes, you can definitely use any credit at checkout during the online registration. It appears as a checkbox above the payment methods to use “available credit” on account. It’s similar to a gift card on account in other merchants such as Amazon.

No. Registration is online through “Active” only! Pay for your Camp with a credit card …get the points and take the fam to Hawaii.

Easy! Log on to your SUMMER CAMP ACCOUNT button and sign in as a returning Camper. If you have a balance, it will prompt you to make a payment in full or custom amount. You may also cancel weeks through your online account. If you need to change a week, email the camp office.

Instant access! Last year’s information is available through your ACTIVE online account. All receipts are emailed to your account when you register along with our Tax ID number.
