CAMP DETAILS
Our “Pee Wee Camp” offers a special day program with diverse activities including instruction in tennis, basketball, gym-time, swimming, arts and crafts, and more! Basic hand-eye coordination and motor skills are developed through a variety of athletic and fun experiences. Preferred Pee Wee Camp Parking for all parents in our North Parking Lot!
“Pee Wee Camp” is intended for youngsters ages 5-7 wanting a lot of fun in a noncompetitive sports environment. Campers are grouped by age, with instruction targeted to accommodate all levels and abilities.

Camp frequently asked questions
No, our camp is designated for 5 years of age and older. If your camper is turning 5 during the summer, please contact our Summer Camp office.
Pee Wee Camp has certified Swim Instructors in the pool along with 2 lifeguards on duty. Pee Wee Camp is a great place to learn how to swim. They can bring their floaties if they feel more comfortable, but make sure to put your name on it!
No, everyone must be registered online.
We have a $15.00 “Day of” Fee for those that register the day of camp.
Your Camp balance will be automatically charged according to your payment plan.
Example:
- The balance for Week 1 will be charged on that Tuesday for the week
- The balance for Week 2 will be charged on that Tuesday for the week
You are welcome to make payments prior to that through your “online account.“
Do nothing now. You will sign up for Pre and After Camp when you check your camper in on the first day.
Payment is separate from “Day” Camp (9am-2pm). We keep attendance and charge your “CAMP ACCOUNT” weekly.
- PRECAMP hours from 7:30 -9:00am. Cost = $10.00
- AFTERCAMP hours from 2:00 – 5:30pm. Cost = $16.00
If a session or week is filled it will be posted on the website. You may register online as “wait list” participant and will be notified if a spot opens up. If you can register online, then there is space available.
Dress for sports!
- Tennis shoes or equivalent sport shoes! (no sandals, boots, skater shoes, or any shoes that will leave marks)
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Water bottle
- Backpack
- Soccer Campers will need an age appropriate ball (cleats and shin guards optional)
- LABEL EVERYTHING with your name and phone number!

If it has value …don’t bring it. Money …bring only what you need for the day.
Electronics …if you bring it, you could lose it. We are not responsible for lost items.
We have a Lost & Found outside the Camp Office for those items that do get lost.
Cancellations 7 days before your Registration Date:
- $10.00 cancelation fee per camper per week
- Remaining refund will be issued to your original form of payment
Cancellations within 7 days of your Registration Date:
- $15.00 cancelation fee per camper per week
- Remaining refund will be issued to your TRFC Camp Credit Balance
ACTIVE is the company we use for registration. They offer a refund for purchase that is separate from our Camp programs. You do not need to pay for the extra refund. Our cancelation policy is a full refund minus a $10-$15 cancelation fee per camper, dependent upon the cancelation date.

No. A session is a session. A week is a week. And never shall the two be confused.
If you register for Week 1 -3, Week 4-6, or Week 7-9 you will receive a “Session Discount”; 5% off those 3 weeks.
If you have more than one camper, you will receive the “Sibling Discount”; 10% off each additional camper.
All discounts will be applied after you add all camps to your cart and go through the registration forms. They will appear at “Check Out” right before you chose your payment options.

Yes, you can definitely use any credit at checkout during the online registration. It appears as a checkbox above the payment methods to use “available credit” on account. It’s similar to a gift card on account in other merchants such as Amazon.
No. Registration is online through “Active” only! Pay for your Camp with a credit card …get the points and take the fam to Hawaii.
Easy! Log on to your SUMMER CAMP ACCOUNT button and sign in as a returning Camper. If you have a balance, it will prompt you to make a payment in full or custom amount. You may also cancel weeks through your online account. If you need to change a week, email the camp office.
Instant access! Last year’s information is available through your ACTIVE online account. All receipts are emailed to your account when you register along with our Tax ID number.
Yes, we always have a normal Monday – Friday week of camp no matter what day July 4th lands.
