Enjoy working out with friends? Check out our 71 Group Exercise classes that we offer each week. Or, if you prefer solo time, take a swim in one of our 2 Junior Olympic size pools. Aquatics Classes

Class consists of warm-up followed by cardiovascular conditioning and strength exercises. No swimming experience necessary. Exercise in both shallow and deep water (with float belts). Both an aerobic and conditioning class.

Fitness Classes

Our variety of classes offers options for all ages and fitness levels. Zumba, Zumba Gold, Cardio Dance, Yoga, PiYo, Postural Fitness, STEP, Body Conditioning, TRX, Line Dance, Silver Strength, Silver Cardio, Barre, Pilates,  and Aqua Aerobics classes and many more are all taught by our experienced, qualified and certified instructors. We encourage you to try any class at any time.

Posture Evaluation

Our certified Egoscue Posture Alignment Therapists specialize in realigning the skeletal system to reduce chronic pain and improve sports performance. Sessions include before and after posture photos, discussion of how posture deviations cause pain or decrease sports performance, and exercises designed to realign the skeletal system. This process is designed to be a partnership. Education about healing the body is at the core of this process to empower clients to improve their own health and well-being.

Posture Evaluation Staff

Roxanne Harley has been certified as a Egoscue Posture Alignment Specialist since 2012. She has worked with hundreds of people to free their bodies from pain through posture realignment exercises. She is also fully certified in Pilates. Prior to entering the fitness industry, she was a counselor for 30 years specializing in Stress Management and Relaxation. She has her Masters in Counseling from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Philosophy from Grand Valley State University. Text her at: 520-909-3116.

Sarah Shiller received her Bachelors of Science degree from Arizona State University in Exercise Science and Physical Education. She worked at the U of A as a benchtop scientist in the Department of Physiology and later coordinated new drug and medical device trials. She was introduced to the Egoscue Method of Posture Fitness when she attended one of Roxanne Harley’s classes in 2015. That first class ended 4 years of headaches and migraines. She has been working as a Certified Postural Alignment Specialist since 2017 and received her Advanced Exercise Training certificate in 2021. Text her at: 520-609-9924.
