The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club offers an “All Sports Camp” for those with an interest in a variety of sports; Tennis, Racquetball, Volleyball, Swimming, and Basketball. All Sports Camp offers basic instruction, drills, and fun competition on a daily basis. Other fun Camp activities include lunchtime ping pong, ‘60s Day, Crazy Hat Day, and Halloween in June. Don’t forget our Camp Party with a DJ, slip’n’ slide and session awards.
“All Sports Camp” is designed for those ages 7-15 interested in developing skills and an appreciation for a variety of “lifetime” sports.

Campers rotate through all 5 or 6 sports each day.
PreCamp
- 7:30-9:00 A.M.
- Cost: $12.00/day
AfterCamp
- 2:00-5:30 P.M.
- Cost: $18.00/day
- (1/2 day from 2:00-3:30 P.M., cost: $12.00/day)
Camp frequently asked questions
When is payment due for camp?
Weekly camp tuition is due in full by the Saturday before the week of attendance. Any camp tuition balance that is not paid in full by Wednesday of the camp week will incur a late payment fee.
Pre Camp and After Camp charges are billed based on participation throughout the week. Any extended care balance that is not paid by Wednesday of the following week will also incur a late payment fee.
What happens if my payment is late?
A flat late payment fee of $15.00 is applied one time per week for any unpaid camp or extended care balance. Late fees do not compound or accrue interest. A new late fee may be applied for each additional week a balance remains unpaid.
What is your cancellation policy?
All camp cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee per registration.

Cancellations made prior to the start of camp (before May 26):
The remaining balance, minus the $20 cancellation fee, will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Cancellations made after camp has begun (May 26 and later):
The remaining balance, minus the $20 cancellation fee, will be issued as a credit to the participant’s active account.
What is a rush enrollment fee?
A $30.00 rush enrollment fee applies to same day or last minute registrations.
How are Pre Camp and After Camp charges handled?
Pre Camp and After Camp participation is billed based on actual use. These charges are posted to accounts throughout the week and must be paid by Wednesday of the following week to avoid late fees.
What happens if I still have a balance at the end of the summer?
Any account with an outstanding balance as of September 1 will be assessed a $75.00 end of summer outstanding balance fee. In addition, a $25.00 monthly late fee will be applied for each month the balance remains unpaid.
Accounts with unresolved balances may be referred to collections.
Will I receive reminders about my balance?
Yes, however, families are responsible for monitoring their account and ensuring balances are paid on time. Failure to receive reminders or statements does not waive fees or payment responsibility.
Who can I contact with billing questions?
If you have questions about your account, billing, or payments, please contact the camp office as soon as possible. We are always happy to help clarify charges or deadlines before fees apply.
No, everyone must be registered online.
We have a $20.00 “Day of” Fee for those that register the day of camp.
Do nothing now. You will sign up for Pre and After Camp when you check your camper in on the first day.
Payment is separate from “Day” Camp (9am-2pm). We keep attendance and charge your “CAMP ACCOUNT” weekly.
- PRECAMP hours from 7:30 -9:00am. Cost = $12.00
- AFTERCAMP hours from 2:00 – 5:30pm. Cost = $18.00
If a session or week is filled it will be posted on the website. You may register online as “wait list” participant and will be notified if a spot opens up. If you can register online, then there is space available.
- Tennis shoes or equivalent sport shoes! (no sandals, boots, skater shoes, or any shoes that will leave marks)

Electronics …if you bring it, you could lose it. We are not responsible for lost items.
We have a Lost & Found outside the Camp Office for those items that do get lost.
No. A session is a session. A week is a week. And never shall the two be confused.
If you register for Week 1 -3, Week 4-6, or Week 7-9 you will receive a “Session Discount”; 5% off those 3 weeks.
If you have more than one camper, you will receive the “Sibling Discount”; 10% off each additional camper.
All discounts will be applied after you add all camps to your cart and go through the registration forms. They will appear at “Check Out” right before you chose your payment options.

Yes, you can definitely use any credit at checkout during the online registration. It appears as a checkbox above the payment methods to use “available credit” on account. It’s similar to a gift card on account in other merchants such as Amazon.
No. Registration is online through “Active” only! Pay for your Camp with a credit card …get the points and take the fam to Hawaii.
Easy! Log on to your SUMMER CAMP ACCOUNT button and sign in as a returning Camper. If you have a balance, it will prompt you to make a payment in full or custom amount. You may also cancel weeks through your online account. If you need to change a week, email the camp office.
Instant access! Last year’s information is available through your ACTIVE online account. All receipts are emailed to your account when you register along with our Tax ID number.
Yes, we always have a normal Monday – Friday week of camp no matter what day July 4th lands.
