Yes, we always have a normal Monday – Friday week of camp no matter what day July 4th lands.

What is the “ACTIVE REFUND” at checkout?

ACTIVE is the company we use for registration.  They offer a refund for purchase that has no connection to our Summer Camp.  You do not need to pay for the extra refund. Our cancelation policy is a full refund minus a $10 cancelation fee per camper.

Can I use my credit from past camps or clinics for summer camp?

Yes, you can definitely use any credit at checkout during the online registration. It appears as a checkbox above the payment methods to use “available credit” on account. It’s similar to a gift card on account in other merchants such as Amazon.

I don’t see the Session or Sibling Discount in my “Cart”.

If you register for Week 1 -3, or Week 4-6, or Week 7-9 you will receive a “Session Discount”; 5% off those 3 weeks.

If you have more than one camper, you will receive the “Sibling Discount”; 10% off each additional camper.

All discounts will be applied after you add all camps to your cart and go through the registration forms.  They will appear at “Check Out” right before you chose your payment options.

How do I sign up and pay for Pre and After Camp?

Do nothing now. You will sign up for Pre and After Camp when you check your camper in on the first day. Payment is separate from “real” Camp (9am-2pm). We keep attendance and charge your “CAMP ACCOUNT” weekly.

PRECAMP hours from 7:30 -9:00am. Cost = $10.00

AFTERCAMP hours from 2:00 – 5:30pm. Cost = $16.00

If I sign up for a session and drop a week, do I still get the session rate?

No. A session is a session. A week is a week. And never shall the two be confused.

What is your refund policy?

There is a flat $10.00 processing fee for any “cancelation” per camper.  Your credit card will be refunded the full amount minus $10.00.

Can I pay for Camp with my member account?

No. Registration is “online” only! Pay for your Camp with a credit card …get the points and take the fam to Hawaii.

How can I make a payment towards my balance?  

Easy! Log on to your Summer Camp Account button and sign in as a returning Camper.  If you have a balance, it will prompt you to make a payment in full or custom amount.  If you need to change or delete weeks you will need to contact us by email or call.
