We offer a great atmosphere under one of our ramadas for parents and children alike to enjoy a hassle free event. Ramada rental is $35.00 for members and $70.00 for non-members (NON-MEMBERS MUST HAVE A MEMBER SPONSOR) for 3 hours, which includes: tables, chairs, paper plates, cups, napkins, utensils and your own serving staff. A few things to consider while planning your party:
- No jumping castles, water slides, confetti, pinatas, silly string, etc permitted
- All parties must be confirmed/food ordered at least 24 hours prior, lest it be cancelled
- $100 minimum food / drink order
- 3 hour time limit (strictly enforced)
- All attendees must follow all posted Club rules.
- Children under 7 must be supervised by a sufficient number of adults (one adult for every five children).
- If use of the pool is to be included, and there is no lifeguard on duty at the time of the party, a lifeguard will be put on duty and paid for by the Host at the cost of $25 / hr. Guards are normally on duty from late May until August. Please inquire if on the shoulder season.
We also rent out our indoor space called the Rillito Room. The cost is $100 for a casual set-up, or $200 for a formal set-up with linen tablecloths and linen napkins. The Rillito room is subject to a minimum food/drink order of $200 and a 3 hour time limit.
You may not bring any food or beverage (except in cases of severe allergies), the exception being cake and ice cream which we will be happy to refrigerate and store for you. Call the Banquet & Catering Department for further information. You may design your own party from our Banquet or Restaurant menus. Here are some suggestions and pricing:
