House Rules

  1. The Club is not responsible for valuables.
  2. Dogs or other pets will not be permitted on the grounds.
  3. Boisterous behavior and profane talk will not be permitted.
  4. Members, guests, and visitors who destroy or damage Club property will be charged for such damage.
  5. Children engaged in active play must remain in designated play areas. Only children playing tennis or racquetball are allowed on the courts. Children playing in grassed areas near the courts must behave and not disturb the players. No ball games or Frisbee in the patio area. Children under 18 are never to enter the inside Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Children are permitted in the outdoor Jacuzzi.
  6. Members under 18 must be accompanied by a parent after 10pm. Unattended Juniors who cannot follow Club rules will be barred from the Club.
  7. No food, drinks, alcoholic beverages or coolers may be brought into the Club premises.
  8. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the Club premises.
  9. All suggestions and complaints regarding Club services should be put in writing, signed, and placed in the suggestion box under the stairs near the Front Desk.
  10. Waiver of Claims: Members understand that Tucson Racquet Club will not be responsible or liable for any injury which may be sustained during the member’s or guest’s presence in the Club, including but not limited to heart weakness, muscle weakness, or any known or unknown condition, and/or member’s and guest’s own negligence.
  11. A new towel policy is in effect.  New members, if they choose to sign-up for towel service, will be charged $3.50 a month for this service.  Existing member’s towel service will not change unless they cancel their membership and rejoin.  If an existing member cancels their membership and rejoins at a later date, they will be subjected to the new towel policy as new members.
