Keeping fit should be one of your most important goals in life.  The benefits physical fitness are too numerous to list here but one of the most important is self-confidence.  If you feel “comfortable in your own skin”, and like the way you look and feel, the rest of life’s challenges will seem just a bit easier to tackle.It is the mission of The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club to provide you the tools to achieve this important goal.  Be it our 130 group exercise classes a week, the weight and cardio rooms, the personal trainers at the Trainer’s Edge, or our two junior Olympic swimming pools and associated aquatics, you have the tools to improve your fitness here at the Club.Please review all of our fitness offerings online and then schedule a personalized tour and sign-up for our free, three day trial pass to try the Club.  We are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.  We never close!
